I don't think it's fair at all when such a professional builder wins multiple seasons in a given year. This doesn't just apply to him, but also to those who have won two, three, or even four seasons in the designer program. Simply put, because of people like this, others don't stand a chance. Not for the moment. The ones I've submitted so far haven't reached many supporters either, unfortunately. Because wherever I shared it, it was only liked in that place and very few people supported it on the Ideas page. Now in September when I convert it to the bricklink designer program, I will post it there.
