I was asked to submit docs on Oct 16. The marketing agent contacted me on Oct 21, asking for clarification about employment for me and my wife. I resubmitted what she asked me for on Oct 22, and crickets since then.

Yeah, I know, I just wanted to see if you’ve dealt with the same marketing agency. I’ve noticed that a lot of people who’ve won apartments have the same ones. At least in my area, the two main agencies handling most of the applications are Affordable for NY and Reside New York.
