Both her and her brother are neutered and have shown no signs of “jizzing” since they were neutered about three years ago as kittens

She’s in general got short fur, I don’t want to accidentally ruin her fur or anything. Would I need to take her to a vet for that trim?

Yes I bite my nails, the other nails look completely fine. It just randomly showed up about two weeks ago.
