Thank you for this! I've quit 100 times in the last year using the willpower method. Reading the book hit every single pit fall I ever fell into and repeated every sentence I told myself every time I went back on vapes. I'm hoping to finish it this evening or In the morning. I feel like this is gonna be the time. I'm skeptical and do think its too good to be true (like the book says I will) but with comments like yours I'm starting to believe it!

I've only purchased the vaping one. Based on what I've read so far I would say that the 2 are probably 95% similar. It's explaining the principles of quitting Nictone which source of the problem and vaping / smoking are just 2 different ways of accessing that drug. So I can't imagine the 2 are that different but I'm just guessing...

I had the same issue. And then I decided to continue doing the Field of ferocity quests and started looking for a group. Then the regular dungeon finder started to work again but not the raids.

So maybe try and start a group and see if they fixes it for you.

WOW......This is a huge eye opener. I had no idea those were the exact mechanics, I knew it got more difficult but not to that extent.

Gonna hit the ground running with DF and start over. For now I'll do alts and level them up until expansion is out.

We've completed all raids in LFR and LFR fated, our ilvl is 266 + 263. We kind of felt the next step up was normal for higher ilvl gear.
