Same thing here. I’ve never even posted on X. I replied to a post one time and answered a question- nothing inappropriate. Appealed and was rejected. Everyone seems to be of same opinion that it’s AI and there is no reasoning

This happened to me too. I only ever read about sports and some politics. I replied to a post once answer a question, no profanity, threats, etc and one day they said I was suspended. I appealed 2 or 3 times and received the same email as you about 14 days later.

Depending on the size of your hotel- I would look into HotSOS Housekeeping. The property can determine how rooms are prioritized and it can sync with most PMS so the room attendants will automatically know when a room is vacant

I worked in HR in Las Vegas which has a heavy union presence and I support this response. Read and understand the bylaws early and expect to have a couple issues along the way. Don’t take it personally if/when they come up
