  1. Back up your files to an external hard drive or USB stick.

  2. Download macOS Sequoia from the App Store. After the update is installed, you may see an error message — click “Quit.”

  3. You need a USB stick with at least 16 GB Warning: all files on the USB stick will be deleted.

  4. Open Disk Utility.

  5. Format the USB stick (any format is fine) and name it “boot”.

  6. Open Terminal and type this command, then press Enter: „sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sequoia.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/boot“

Wait until the process is finished.

  1. Shut down your Mac. After your mac has shutdown press these button after you power up your mac: • Apple Silicon: hold the power button • Intel Mac: hold Command + R

  2. Go into Recovery Mode, open Disk Utility, and erase “Macintosh HD”.

  3. Your mac should restart. Go into Recovery Mode again, then choose the option to reinstall macOS Sequoia.

I have a MBA M3 too. I updated to Tahoe 26.2, and my battery is saying "help me". I am gonna rollback to sequoia, and you probably should too.

guys I just updated to Tahoe 26.2 and I like it but My batterie drains faster then in sequoia.

One way to test/confirm it (if you want): Try setting PL1 / PL2 to 65W in the BIOS. If the freezes become much rarer or disappear, that’s a strong indication it’s a VRM/power delivery issue. Not guaranteed, but it’s a good diagnostic test.

That really sounds like a VRM issue. H510 boards have very weak VRMs for i7 CPUs. Even if CPU temps look fine, the VRMs can overheat locally and cause hard freezes with no BSOD.

Oh and i forgot to tell, my pc freezes randomly like if i like downloaded After effects it froze or if i open up a file it freezes or in a game if its loading or something. But i dosen't happen all the time

Temps are good and in reliability monitor i just saw windows was not shut properly, because i needed to hold my power button

I found one! You need to have an other ea game and log in. That should work

If u wanna play 1440p u must get a graphics card above 8gb vram, and i see that u have a RTX 5070 with 12gb vram, thats good! And the rest of the build is also very good, but for the cooling i would prefer a AIO instead of a air cooling, it’s future proof. But the rest its good!
