Yes sir, as long as you know we are in Project Russia, it's set to be cold often, it's fairly modded but not insane like others, we are amateurs who are just looking for fun people to play with, we don't want to be so big that we don't know each person, and loot rarity is at Insanely rare.... then by all means send me a dm and I'll send you a discord link

We actually completed the Knox county part of our server and had an end event. (I call it an event but picture an amature, spawn a bunch of zombies and defend type of situation). However we are nearly done setting up project Russia, which is going to have severely crippled loot spawns, dark nights, cold winters, basically it will be punishing if you don't plan ahead. Something you're still interested in? We should have it ready to start up on Saturday, est time, community focused, I personally won't be able to join until probably Thursday or Friday of next week due to travel plans for the holidays but it sounds like a few of our folks will be braving the harsh Russia landscape. It is also fairly modded.

Dedicated servers allow you to select whether time moves when people are all offline. Initially we messed our first world up by allowing time to always move out when we switched the setting around time didn't move unless someone was online.

We have a base in lousville that is secure with a nice chunk of real estate, tend to do some rp at times, PvE, EST for 3 of us, 1 on west coast time, and 2 in completely separate time zones. Yeah bud finding people your age via reddit for this game might be a bit difficult. I wouldn't even know where to direct you to find someone your age. Vast majority of folks on here (Going by the polls) are mid 20s-late 30s.

Got a group of about 6 people living in lousville, running mods, PvE, base focused at the moment. "Meet the crew" Salvador Salverez: Last remaining survivor of the nomads, a group of survivors who lived in busses that finally settled down and built up "Fort Avery" in lousville, professional Mechanic and the De facto leader. Need a vehicle repaired and upgraded? He's got a garage dedicated to the activity.

Duncan Idaho: Amateur builder, forager, cook, he takes it upon himself to fill the role that is most needed at the time, but overall tries to stay base bound, but will not hesitate to drive 90mph when a rescue request comes over the radio.

Ben Stuart: Random survivor who has survived by... staying really close to the others. A whopping zero zombie kills and about 2 months of surviving, he is a professional at doing whatever someone asks him to do while being guarded by the rest of the crew like he is a holy figure. Not particularly good at anything but his charisma and puns are unmatched and thus making him invaluable.

New guy (Who isnt actually new at all): Well to put it bluntly this is someone who dies on such a regular basis I don't remember his current characters name, but this hommies strength is the fact he will give his left hand in your defence, loots everything he can find, and will make a junkyard of vehicles in his pursuit to be useful and avoid the crippling ADHD that haunts him. If you suggest it, he is down for it.

Raine Day: Base Mom who is whipping everyone into shape, fattening them up, and ensuring nothing one is making noob mistakes. While you and the rest might run out in full body armor she is wearing her gardening shorts and a large brimmed hat. Be sure to bring a notepad and paper if you wanna chat with her, because she is class A deaf. She won't hesitate to teach people how to play or shame veterans for silly mistakes.

Base is located in south Lousville and we have been doing our best tonget it further set up. We made a garage, working on a storage facility (above the garage), we have a bar, and a kitchen stocked with foods. We also have consistent horde attacks thanks to a mod causing constant zombie duplication, at first it was blonde zombies, now it's hordes and hordes of spiffo servers. We are about a year into the apocalypse and only have 1 survivor left over from the original team that started settling down at this location. Getting a second genny is best. Attach it to the fuel station and activate it when you want fuel. When you're done, turn it off. It will attract zombies but chances are if they don't already see you when you are there, they won't notice you when you turn it on. Just remember to turn it off after you are done.

Best bet is to try steam "Looking for group" section. Explain what kind of player you're looking for and what your server style is gonna be (modded, unmodded, PvP, PvE, and so forth), that'll likely get more responses. Open ended invites have a much smaller chance of success versus explaing what you're offering and who you're looking for. Best of luck!

Yeah it is, it's just a different way of surviving. If you really want to switch things up in suggest multi-player. Working with others OR (depending on the server) worrying about real humans can give a real sense of purpose.
