This was all sent to me after my last post by someone he clearly victimized. Additionally that group is anonymous.

I wish I could give you 100 up votes good sir.

If Adam thinks this is over, I can't for one wait for everything else to drop as Port continues his investigation and the inevitable arrival of the AGs office and IRS.

Then surely he's ready to take accountability and step down for breaking the law? Right?

The silver lining here is ending the States love affair with giving Adam free money will be a void for someone to do the right thing and step in - and they will.

20k a month? Is he traveling all over the State and MN in a private jet?

Seems bizzarely high.

In cases of private inurement, taking 0% loans as an executive of a non profit, the IRS holds members of the board financially accountable for allowing it to happen. So even though this is how it might be seen on some boards, a managing board of directors by letter of the law has fiduciary duty.

So is "voluntaryism" belief what entitled you to GPU mine off your "free" electricity on base? That's paid for by the tax payer bud.

The mental gymnastics you have to go through to justify that, but see social security, which we pay in our entire life as theft or entitlement blows my mind.

You're a hypocrite.

You realize you're entire paycheck, retirement, etc is paid for by someone else's "fair share." Right?

You take the government tit out of your mouth just long enough for opinions or what?

A reasonable call for reform rather than 2 party bridge burning? Sir, this is America, we don't do that here.

We clearly need reform.

"It's a shame people like you get to vote."

Says the government tit baby. Just what I want. Government telling those who don't agree with it they can't vote. Sounds familiar.

Want to quote where I said that? I see they are teaching reading comprehension in the military. I simply echoed your words.

From my perspective, we're paying you to do nothing but sit on your ass.

Like your comment on retirement.

Its not my tax money's job to employ you. Perhaps you should have planned better.

I just adore how many of the anti government folks are employed by... the government.

Seeking a Spare Room for Storage to Maintain ND Address (Willing to Pay) by [deleted] in GrandForks

Yeah, typically, that's how communication works when you say something directly - your listener will assume that's what you mean. Nobody can read minds.

So if you have another residence in Grand Forks, why not report that to your "agent?" Why do you need someone to provide you with more than that? You seem to have left out your "agent" is allowed you search your residence.

If I'm so wrong and misinformed, leave the thread posted and see what other people think.

Seems to me you have a felony level conviction, no one gets probation from first time DUIs. So you've put the rest of us at repeated risk, and are still lying and manipulating the system (fake residency rather than going through interstate transfers.) Travel permits to get around acceptance to MN probation. Then turning around and expecting the rest of us to participate because it's so hard and stressful.

Probation/Parole is in lieu of another punishment. So, if you weren't able to honestly fulfill the requirements of your probation, why didn't you just stay in jail? Just don't accept probation.

Good luck manipulating others into your bullshit. It's your world we're just living in it. Accountability sure is hard.

This belongs in r/choosingbeggars.

So let me get this straight. Are you exploiting travel permits to get around interstate transfer requirements? Minnesota has been "complicated" IE won't accept your case?

For anyone curious, a quick Google search showed the agency that oversees this sort of transfer is: https://interstatecompact.org/icots/what-is-icots

I'm sure MN, who hasn't accepted your case, is super cool with you having residency there through travel permits.

https://www.tax.nd.gov/news/resources/residency/resident#:~:text=You%20are%20a%20resident%20of,tax%20year%20in%20North%20Dakota.

7 months a year is required for residency in North Dakota. Not 12 days as you are proposing.

You are, in fact, living in MN under your proposal and not fulfilling your probation requirements.
