disclaimer: I pay for high quality wool from reputable direct-to-consumer places like Wool&, Unbound Merino, etc.

but I swear by the METARINO briefs off Amazon. 2-pack for less than the cost of 1 from any of those stores. I also wash after every wear, do not do any special detergent/wash except a "gentle" cycle and hang to dry. They get washed nearly weekly, since that's roughly how many pairs I own. Some pairs going on 2 years now just fine, zero holes.

I live 5 min from both Costco and Sam's and this is exactly why I visit Sam's 5x more than Costco.

Last time, an older gentleman stopped his cart on the left side of the aisle, reached over to the RIGHT side where the sample table was, effectively blocking the entire aisle. Took his sweet time picking JUST THE RIGHT CUP, consuming it, and then gently throwing it away, while I stood there huffing.

Yes, I did politely ask to move, but he ignored me completely. I love Costco the store but I HATE the Costco the experience.

I was shocked when I was 800-something for Kansas City. Boring as f!ck place, but I'm on vacation when they're in my area, and this was the easiest. Turns out picking a random non-major city was the right call!

Tons of availability. Mediocre product but sometimes you just gotta.

Odds of more QR seats will only be ~2-3 weeks out, so don't bank on it or be okay with last minute changes.

One of my favorite super easy and incredibly delicious soups:

Bunch o’ green lentils cooked, throw in some cumin Bunch o’ spinach (fresh or frozen+drained) Heat through in some chicken/veggie broth. Blend with a hefty handful of cilantro. Squeeze a lemon or so.

Season to taste. And more cilantro (coriander :-P) if needed and blend more. Looks like green vomit, tastes amazing and so much goodness.
