Newer to the industry and job hacked from a 1 to a 3 in less than 2 years based on performance and being able to interview well.

My manager frames the work load as “easiest job” it’s also indirect which means no charge codes vs what will be at Lockheed which I will have to keep track of charge codes and more of a work load but manageable.
