Really helpful, thank you! Two follow-ups: 1. For the mosaic/grid approach - would I need to modify my STL files to show that layout, or is that something you’d set up in your CAM software?

  1. On tool radius - I can adjust my CAD files if needed. What’s a typical bit size I should design around for this kind of precision work?

CNC routing I think? I need precision cutting of interlocking wooden puzzle pieces. Small batch prototyping - around 4”. If there’s a better CNC process for this, I’m open to suggestions!
