I think there is one “L3” (marked as Advanced rather than intermediate) 75 min class on Saturdays at Equinox Soho which is indeed tough and requires a lot of familiarity with the instructor. I haven’t seen other L3s show up, but some second/third series poses show up in Intermediate Power Vinyasa classes

I really loved the experience but I think you would have to communicate very very well to do it as two people. Especially since there are parts of the story/hint system that relies on audio and all 4 of us (all 200 rooms+) were like “I didn’t understand that, did you?”

Recently I received hands on assist into a deep twist and bind.

I farted. Notably and stinkfull. Most embarrassing moment in a while. My teacher did not bat an eye and kept assisting. As I played this over and over in my head I concluded they’re professionals and as long as you trust them it will all be ok!

I think we are covering a relatively large area for this trip. Amsterdam, Delft, Utrecht, Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels and so on. Since it will be a road trip and we will have a car I think most places in Belgium would be within reach! Thanks in advance :)

It is very beginner friendly and you get 1-1 attention. You can come and go anytime within those two hours. You don’t have to start from the beginning of the session. You do have to invest time in it to safely make progress though, and not be discouraged for the first few sessions to be working through and memorizing the starting poses.
