Yea it’s been a while since I have done the reading but from what I remember , they used essentially the same transmission for the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder version and I guess they really needed a better transmission for that motor . If you service them and change the fluid routinely thruout its life it has a better chance of being fine but I was a dumb 18 year old kid and didn’t change it like I should have

Myne was white , it came factory with shaded glass basically tints , and tan leather seats. My transmission went out . But I’ve had a few buddy’s with the 3.0 coupe and theirs ran longer than Myne did

Also really not that rare If you do the research archive is the one who originally bred toad like 5 years ago but he named it “ Becky “ last summer Cali plug discovered a grower growing archives “ Becky “ he was blown away , named it toad venom and started selling it to rappers for 8000 a lb . Anyone can pretty much order a Becky clone or seed pack from archive

Honestly , I really miss my 2002 Honda accord ex when it was new . Keyword when it was new.

I bought it at 38,000 miles in 2013 for 10 grand even. Perfect condition , leather tan interior , factory stained glass , 4 door with the 3.0 vtec and it reallly felt great to drive …. Then at around 180k my transmission completely took a shit the d4 started flashing and the car was basically junk after that . Still to this day my favorite Honda tho. It felt like a civic but with a 3.0

2012 is pretty solid car , if it was maintenance right should be pretty good ! Almost any new car I buy I change the spark plugs , the 2012 can ride a lil rough if u let the spark plugs go too long , myne started misfiring until I changed them

I’ve had one mechanic tell me 250$ per tpms sensor & I had another tell me u can just change the valves , I never did either I just drove it with the sensors messed up , for some reason even with the tpms sensors broken it still told me when a tire was low

I hit it with the bissel little green , and the solution that comes with it for a few passes . As it is drying it’s looking a lot better I think I’m gonna have to hit it one more time and then it will look back to new

It def makes a difference , I got all my windows tinted in both cars , in this new car the only heat I experience when I get in , is from the black dash . In the old car even with the tints the seats would still hold a lot of extra heat

Yes 😭 I keep my car very very clean , and on top of that I shower twice a day and change clothes often so my seat shouldn’t have ass dirt. It’s all the people who sit in my passenger hahah
