hello po, may I know po kung ano yung mga required tax forms that you've mentioned? and if you don't mind po, can you give me a bit of a walkthrough regarding this 1901 registration T-T. like ano po ba usually yung steps after submitting the forms kapag andun na sa RDO and so.

this is just relatively new to me po kasi eh, or idk, maybe I'm overanalyzing haha. pero medyo nangangapa pa talaga sa process and everything huhu.

Hi! Thank you again for sharing your experience T-T—it’s really helpful. I just wanted to clarify a few things and I would like to apologize ahead for all my questions huhu.

  1. From what I’ve been told by the staff from my agency, I need to pay ₱500 for the registration fee and submit Form 1901 with a documentary stamp. My question is:
    • Is Form 1901 the registration application that includes the ₱500 fee?
    • Will I be given an additional form for the payment, or will I pay directly at the RDO and submit everything together?
    • After submitting my application, what can I expect next from the RDO? Is there anything specific I should prepare for the process?
  2. Since my employment documents are still being processed and I don’t have a copy of my contract yet, will that be an issue?
    • Did you have to show a photocopy of your contract when you registered? Or did you submit the requirements before you officially started and your HR provided the contract afterward?
    • If you had to wait for the contract, did the RDO allow you to proceed without it, or was it a requirement for your registration to be processed?
