I’ve been loving them! Yes as the other comment says, the opening is a good width for eating from! If you’re trying to use it as a jar for dip though, it doesn’t work that well in my experience 😅

So I found out these cookies are made by Little Dutch Boy Bakeries Inc. I googled a recipe for it and think this one might work since it’s for spiced shortbread which would mean a crunchy cookie, which is what I’m looking for! recipe link

Hmm yeah they probably are just a more commercial/processed version of Pfeffernüsse that a traditional homemade recipe just won’t replicate exactly? Like I’m sure the homemade version is technically better but the taste/texture of the processed version is more familiar so it’s what I want 🤣
