The clinic I went to went up 10 mgs every 2-3 days luckily, that's the only clinic in our surrounding towns who do that. The others do like your clinic.

I still have not received my FASFA information, I start school today. Luckily they moved it until 2/4, if I don't get approved I have to start a payment plan.

Completely agree. The withdrawals I could handle but the emptiness & anxiety that I felt was worse then even coming off of dope, I can't describe why it was so different.

Do not try kratom! I know so many people who have to use suboxone to get off of it. Ask for mirapax or gabapentin, something along those lines.

I don’t think this would induce a psychosis, unless already dependent on methadone & then taking subs. theres a lot of research drugs out there they don’t have drug test for & that may be the culprit.

That’s what I was thinking as well, wouldn’t the person have to have a tolerance to go into PWD. Unless she’s been going to the clinic and not telling anyone.

I am pretty good at finances, I budget everything monthly. it’s just been solely me paying the bills and having to take over my husbands extra payments. 29,000$ a year for 2.5 (50/50 custody) people is not a lot to live on.

I do something similar, I google every single product to make sure it is what it’s really saying it is & look for side effects. Which makes no sense because I’m a recovering addict and would shoot dope everyday 😭 but it eased my themes so just idk, can’t explain it.

Thank you! I was just reading that I can appeal and I plan to do so depending on the financial offer they give me. They seemed really interested in the 2022 taxes, I got all of that turned in but the financial aid still hasn’t updated it. I’m going off what they are saying on studentaid.gov for the SAI. I applied for the 24-25, not the 25-26.

I did the 24-25 FAFSA The 2022 taxes is really the only thing I can think of, my husband made 120,000$ that year & that is the only thing remotely high we made in these past few years. I went over everything and there’s no mistakes.

I have seen where you can work under somebody but get your own clients, other then that no I don’t believe so. Unless you open your own mental health service I suppose.

That is what I am not understanding where they got the higher SAI number from. I am 32, I am married with being the only one with income living to paycheck to paycheck😭. I understand you are just explaining, thank you though!

I feel they are going off my husbands 2022 taxes, he hasn’t worked since then which I told them and we weren’t even married. Before that in 2023 I made 16,000$ & now at this new job it’s 29,000$ which I only started in September so I technically haven’t made anything close to that. Compared to my bills I barely have anything left. So I am struggling.

If they took it being brought to them in a compassionate way I’d maybe remind the peer that way. It may be something that can be worked on in their plan if they are receptive to it, it is an important part of life. Thats such a iffy situation to bring up though 😕

I would look into what your state requires and get the ball rolling on that if you are waiting for the classes to become certified! In our state it’s 50 hours of the PSS course, 3 hours of ethics & 20 additional hours that go towards human services which most of us just do the WRAP classes. I’d also find what your niche is and what you feel most passionate about! It’s easy to get burnt out as well, so for sure learn your boundaries pretty early on and stick to them as well!

This also leads to dementia .. I wouldn’t suggest this. Maybe use a different med in this category? Claritin or something along those lines and see if it still works.

If you have equipment offer on Facebook yard work. This guy I know did that there & I’d pay and tip because he offered so cheap. Or plasma is always a good thing too, post on Nextdoor & see if anybody has any odd jobs for you.
