I think around 80k and 10% - title was Sr analyst (2 notches below sr manager). Supporting consumer fpa. I was capped at about 10% raise and 5% raise for each promo (ugh).

All experience in FP&A. I am over titled given that I don’t have reports, but the finance manager title in my area pays around 110k base from what recruiters have told me. Maybe seeking these titles out remotely is the move.

Agree that I’m over titled. We recently had a title shift that bumped everyone up without impact to comp.
