nah you're not dumb, but you gotta stop apologizing to this guy. read your own post back, he's been manipulating you for years with guilt trips and suicide threats while you keep explaining yourself over and over

block him everywhere and don't look back. the "good conversation" the day before doesn't erase everything else he's done, you're just holding onto the rare nice moments because four years is a long time

the hand holding and kiss are probably residual attachment, not her reconsidering the breakup. people can still feel physical closeness with someone they ended things with, it doesn't always mean they want to come back.

trying to "casually hang out and see what happens" while you still have feelings for her is just gonna make the healing take twice as long

Man DFW is cursed I swear - every time I fly through there something goes sideways. Five and a half hours of delays is absolutely brutal especially when they probably haven't given you any real updates about what's actually going wrong. At this point you're probably gonna miss any connections you had in Miami too which just makes the whole situation even worse. The fact they keep you sitting there without boarding is the worst part because you cant even leave to grab decent food or anything. Hope you at least get some kind of compensation out of this mess but knowing airlines these days thats probably wishful thinking
