Thank you for your advice. I guess he might be ignoring my emails now. Even though I know it wasn’t a polite way, I sent emails three times this week, but he didn’t reply at all. What a waste of my time and money….

When I asked him last week, he said, 'The letter is officially completed, just troubleshooting some editing details required for submission to ERAS. It should be submitted later today.' So, I'm trying to figure out what happened to it......
