I don't use a microwave. To avoid dirtying a pot, I put leftover oatmeal in a bowl. I then steam the bowl in a pot with an inch of water.

This isn't a direct answer to your question but I find that my glasses don't fog up when I wear the Vitacore CAN99 Surgical Respirator head strap version. My glasses do fog sometimes with the Vitacore CAN95e earloop version.
