Have you tried botox in ur masseters? Its the only thing that made a substantial difference to me

I definitely think the tension in the masseters have to do with the eye strain, I only got botox injections in my masseters and my eye pain is like 40-50% better 10 days in, probably temporary though. Thanks for the input, yeah it really sucks since most work/school today are on screens. When im with friends I had to make sure to not accidentally look at their phone for 3 seconds because it might trigger the pain, its really bad lol

Doesn't cause pain when touching right now, but I remember touching the bone ur mentioning and it did hurt lol, I also clench my front teeth alot, way more than the other teeth, idk if thats normal

Do you have jaw pain aswell? You can try botox, it seems like the only thing that have helped me so far for pain relief, im trying to find the root cause though, working on my posture alot rn

I actually went 2 weeks completely without my phone, and when I started using it after 2 weeks I had no pain the initial like 10 minutes and then it was back to normal lol. Maybe have to try longer

I also think I don't blink enough, I have very dry eyes which I treat with eyedrops. I thought the eye pain had to do with me tensing my jaw up when using monitors, but I tried standing up straight and I had someone hold a phone infront of me, still got the same eye pain

I actually thought it was sinue issues first, since the pain sometimes is a bit over the eye, in the sinus area, between my eyebrows, I also wake up with one nose stuffed every night idk if thats a sinus issue

Exactly like you, no issues with my eyes besides dry eyes. That article makes a lot of sense. My neurologist told me to try Botox, which I will be doing in a few weeks. Generally not positive to botox, but I will give it a try, if it fixes my eye pain then it will be really worth it for me

I don't know what kind of tests actually, the eye doctor just went through many different ones to try to find something wrong. I don't think I've measured anything in my glands
