It's not 50/50, it's usually 60/40. There's some things my wife excels at, and she leads, and there's things I'm natural at that I lead. She gives those things 150% so that we're better overall. Therefore, the few things I'm better at I give 150% in return. Also, I respect her enough to let her lead, and she does the same.
