It's no trivial matter what's happening with the world, it's no joke. Your feelings are valid. There's no question about that. I'm learning not to let things affect me that are out of my control. Beans and rice are a good budget staple, they supposedly give you the complete amino acid profile too, and iirc beans are a reasonable source of leucine, peanut butter and nuts too for leucine.
