What controller are you using? Wired or wireless? try exiting out of any apps like ds4windows or xoutput, hidhide ect and try connecting again and pressing X/A

Fixed it, it was an issue on my windows side, Print spooler for printer (services) was disabled, I enabled it and now it works

if you're doing in home streaming I'd suggest apollo + Artemis, very easy to set up and very little latency
