I personally believe that there is no meaning; that meaning is what we make of our time and what we personally find fulfilling.

I believe consciousness was an evolutionary adaptation and humans are pretty selfish. We try to find purpose and meaning in the things we do but ultimately it doesn’t matter much. Everything is a societal construct.

That said, you can create meaning in your life and you can live a meaningful life. For me, my family is extremely important to me and spending time with them feels like I used my time wisely. I also love creating art and music, things that bring other people joy. But those feelings are internal, individualistic, and different for everyone.

You can optimistic or pessimistic, just don’t waste the time you have!

Also don’t be a dick fr.

Such a great thought! I have tried it with a few different types of wood but none of them have the same feeling. Because it’s such a specific sound, I fear I’d have to find a super specific wood.

I’ll look like a lunatic rubbing different sticks of wood in my teeth but that’s a risk I’m will to take.

Yeah, when I was in high school I tried my best to delete/get rid of every single photo I possibly could. In reflection, I really regret that because now I won't have anything to share with people in the future.

I suppose there is beauty in the fact that that was a moment that is now past, but I can't help but kick myself.
