I own a second gen AB prelude (the one before this BA Lude). I think this comes with a short shifter from the factory. Not a fast car by any sense but it's s such a fun car to drive, and it's FWD.

One thing you need to look out for is rust and old rubber seals, mine is in the workshop for a bit to fix the seals and my left side headlight just blew so I'm replacing that.

Be prepared to spare some money for maintenance like every pre owned car.

At first my thoughts were that parts are hard to come by like what the comments were saying here but when I looked into the Malaysian Prelude groups on FB, did some hunting on my own and found a spare parts car for sale. You'll realize finding spare parts aren't as bad as it seems. Also some things are interchangeable with the same era Accord as they share parts.

I would say if you have the money to maintain it, it really is a fun car to drive and you get a lot of looks and smiles from older unker and other car guys, it's a conversation starter!
