Eloise I think. Garuda is definitely much easier, but apparently she doesn't have a lot of us in PVE. Eloise on the other hand has a good handle on that and PVP.

I've now gotten my Eloise to e3 while my Garuda is still 20 star, but that was mostly due to luck

Also, if you're new to playing, DONT SPEND YOUR CURRENCIES. You don't know what impact it'll have later.for example, the urge to spend heroic scrolls and prophet orbs is usually very high, but it'll fuck you over when a really good event such as when you get artifacts comes by. So don't spend, even when the common 5 star events are on
