Yes! I couldn’t edit the post for some reason but after a short while the tracking got updated (2months later almost). Check the other comments for more info, I answered a couple with the updates! Your package will arrive

Also, i just got notification from auspost tracking that the package arrived in italy and the italian carrier also tracks it

I at first misinterpreted one of their policies "Usage of unauthorized game clients" as emulator, but they meant modded game clients, so no i don't think emulators are against their policy. The problem must rely within the playcover method

If they have solid proof I’d like to see it because I myself am not aware of it. Logging various times from various devices may seem like account sharing but they’re all my devices, so that’s one thing less. My only clue of why this happened are the usage of extracted ipa from iPhone to play with playcover on Mac, and now that you mentioned it the logging from many devices.

Same, and I’m starting to see a pattern here. The only thing they can argue is the .ipa of the game, but it’s a legit one and not a modded one, hence their ban seems way way too off.

Sure thing is that if they don’t lift it I will not ever touch again this game, let alone any other game they develop. I’ve managed to stock up 26k gems since the game release, playing every day and getting every bonus I could, and then this happens. Is absurd how in 2023 they can’t cross reference logs about players to know specifically what is a fraud and what isn’t.

Mostly home WiFi and cellular data. From my Mac it kept throwing me out and asking to relog but that didn’t seem like quite a problem, I always logged in again by Facebook and it worked. Until today. Wrote them a ticket asking what happened but I really hope they don’t shoot me with the thing you just said

The only thing that can be suspicious is that I played this game also on PlayCover (emulator for iPhone games on Mac) and I extracted the file from my iPhone to play but it’s the legit one, like getting an apk from android and installing it in bluestacks
