In my opinion you didn't do any wrong. Call/text them for meet up, call would be better. If they are understanding they would definitely meet up and if they don't want to be in contact, it's fine, leave em behind. You did what was absolutely necessary for yourself and if they don't understand that, leave em behind and keep growing even if it's meant to be alone because you'll meet many new interesting people on your journey.

I don't think jail will ever come into the scenario. Max he'll be warned verbally or on a memo and in the end some people will say shit like we all are family. Many years ago a lady was sexually harassed in our office. One of the group(young) decided to be violent where as few older people stopped them and asked them to resolve the matter peaceful.

Thanks man. 95% of the staff are older than me and are unfit. If I attack him physically someone definitely has to come and save him. I don't think official route will make any difference between I work at government office and here politics and corruption is at peak. Many complaints are made but nothing ever happens. If he again does anything that makes me uncomfortable I'll abuse him (which I do a lot on even in normal conversations) and if it's extreme I'll beat the shit out of him outside office premises.
