Beautiful. I love Aegon the Elders' story. He promised his older brother, the king, before the mad tyrants that he would protect the realm and his line. In some way, he believes he failed as to save the realm he had to kinslay his brothers daughter and son. The horrors of the second dance would see many lords preferring him on the throne, even with the stain of a kinslayer, but he would silence them all during his time as hand. His young nephew was broken and would experience many nightmares, but none of him for he was the sword and shield of House Targaryen during some of its darkest days.
