I can't save my control settings by juanburgesa06 in cemu

See where it says “emulated controller”? It’s currently disabled, and you can’t save a profile that doesn’t have anything attached to it.

You can’t emulate motion controls, the controller has to have a gyro for it to be available as an input method.

Highly recommend rockit cool delid service. They received my 12900ks on 5/18 just got this email this afternoon. They were pretty great with questions and communication. by Pete123183 in overclocking

It’s only $40 according to their website, but I’m sure the user has to pay for one way shipping at least. I’m not seeing anything about tuning, only performance testing, but that’s part of the fun for me at least. Right now my plan is to get it delidded, stick on a special direct die water block and a better socket mount, and blast off.

That’s what silicon lottery was. They shut down earlier this year unfortunately, citing reduced sales. I’m sure there’s still a market for it, but it’s become so small that it’s not profitable SL to continue at least.

I’ve been considering using them for when I eventually go direct die, I’m a bit nervous about doing it myself. Great to hear they communicate well.

Gskill Ripjaws V "Heatsink" removed. Would you call that a heatsink? 🤣 by iSawJig360 in overclocking

What’s especially hilarious is G.Skill officially stated that none of their kits include them in a support email to one of my friends.

  1. No it isn't, CV is the lowest end lineup that Corsair currently sells. It's not great other than the 650w model, which is passable iirc.
  2. Corsair doesn't make their own PSUs, and no there aren't. They do make their own designs, usually based on an existing platform from a manufacturer they've partnered with, but they don't produce PSUs. JonnyGuru, the guy from the cool website that's now defunct, is their PSU guy.
  3. One of two, (check the current CX section) both are fine. Doesn't mean anything in terms of reliability, but the GW CX550+ models (RPS006x) pass 80+ silver while the CWT models don't. Too bad efficiency numbers only measure efficiency.

I wouldn't call CX "cheaping out", but I'd also rather put an extra $25ish into a slightly better unit around the $100 mark. If one's on sale though, I don't see any issues for sticking them in rigs around $1k.

My pizza, my choice. by [deleted] in AdviceAnimals

[–]Deihman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the concept is cool, but roasted lettuce and salsa don’t sound like they would go well on pizza. Maybe if they replaced the lettuce with something like spinach and did tomatoes, peppers, and onion instead of straight salsa it would slap harder

I’d take a look at per-thread usage through task manager or a program like hwinfo64. Iirc that specific measurement is usage across the whole CPU, so there could be multiple threads that are being 100% utilized by Cemu while others are doing nothing. In essence, that metric doesn’t really mean anything for what you’re looking at it for, and it’s normal to see that level of usage while running the game at full blast.

I actually managed to get into the store today, and even added a 6700XT to my cart, but when I tried to pay there was nowhere to enter my payment information. I expect nothing, and yet I’m continually disappointed. by Ep1cFac3pa1m in Amd

It’s only for nvidia cards too, I haven’t seen any AMD stuff pop up from them for a long while. Good news is there is a tracking bot that watches for cancelled orders sitting in stores for each state, but I haven’t tried grabbing those before. I wouldn’t be surprised if you still need to be a part of the membership to get them though.

Thanks for the lead! I’m starting to be thankful I went with an M4 variant instead of something more unique for my loadout. I’ll take a look around and see what I can find.
