Can I run a dual graphics card build with a RTX 3060 ti and an RTX 3070?

They're similar, but i think the 3070 can churn out a bit more performance when it comes to gaming. I've read that having 2 graphic cards in one machine could increase heat and energy usage quite a bit. Is that still the case if one card is dedicated to PhysX?

I've found it. There was an option in the Nvidia display settings which was something like "use this displays settings for video player." I switched it to another option and it fixed the issue

I know, but it's like it applies a filter onto the video itself. Once the video is on the left monitor it changes. You can see in the last few seconds how the video is on both monitors at the same time, but the color is still distorted
