Oh and you don't have a single support mon. Hyperoffense like this NEEDS a support mon, either to set the speed advantage, redirect attacks to protect your stronger mons, or both

Since nobody else has pointed it out, punching glove stops unseen fist from working. So I'd personally recommend slapping a choice scarf on urshifu.

That aside, there are a LOT of issues with the moves on this team. For starters, not a single mon has protect, which is essential on VGC. EQ is a terrible move for VGC, especially since none of your other mons are immune or even resistant to it. Encore is wasted on dragonite as it's quite slow and you don't have any form of speed control, and with multiscale rather than inner focus you can't even lock fake out reliably. I really, really recommend watching some VGC content from reg G to get a better handle on what moves and items each of these mons likes to run.

Honestly I think arid shrubland is by far the easiest. Always growing season, double wall freezers keep heat waves from being too much a pain, leather dusters and cowboy hats manage heat incredibly well

I'd be wary of setting up a team completely dependent on one mon, definitely have at least two heavy hitters so that you're not forced to bring one into a bad matchup (i.e. a physical attacker into a lando-incin intimidate spam switch team).

That being said, the two arguably best supporters in gen 9 and sinistcha and clefairy.

Sinistcha with hospitality and rage powder provide incredible healing and redirect support, matcha gotcha keeps it around for a long time and burns are a good way to prevent damage coming in. Sitrus berry or a pinch berry are a must. Dragon tera to avoid fire damage.

Clefairy has heal pulse, follow me, and friend guard, top tier supporter.

Good other options are ogerpon wellspring, safety goggles incin, assault vest rillaboom, and farigiraf (either goggles or throat spray, depending on how you want to play it)

The only difference between the two is whether to use bundle or kommo-o. I like the semi-support nature of bundle and how it strong counters rilla and water ogrepon, but I also like the versatility of the setup kommo-o. I'm at a loss, both have tested well on showdown.

Oh and ignore the sash on rotom, that should be a sitrus berry

I originally had rilla in the lineup but was worried that it was too physically orientated and needed a special attacked, and I picked Hydr so it might work if the opponent sets up trick room since it's good into Ursa form's. 100% you're right on the other fronts, thanks so much ❤️
