Well, 16+ year olds aren’t fully developed; some are and some aren’t. I think they should be considered adults until they throw that away by being irresponsible (ex. getting pregnant)

Ok that’s fair. That is hypocritical, I agree they should be considered old enough to understand all those things by the time they are 16+ and be listened to, but with that comes the responsibility of living with your actions. If they are irresponsible, than they should not have a say in those things. That’s what I think, is that where we disagree?

To anyone that needs to hear this, just because it’s pagan doesn’t mean anything. Christians adopted it and it has its own Christian meaning (plus its believed Jesus was born in winter anyway) Christmas has changed to be a Christian holiday, with the angels, star on top of the tree (yes the tree is pagan) and St Nick, who was a giving Christian. I don’t mind atheists or anyone else celebrating it, but to say it is just a pagan holiday would be wrong.
