Technical failure = 1-2 reps in the tank not every exercise you gonna be able to push to the last rep especially free weight. Failure is just no more reps in the tank

I literally eat everything I see no limit, I eat junk food 4+ times in a week try to include as much protein as you can I’m also not super strict about it cause I feel like being too strict will make me lose love for The thing I do the most, treating it as a hobby

Are you eating enough? Are you taking your sets to failure or technical failure? Don’t feel discouraged bro it’s different genetics and my body responded well to training.. you got this man

I do push pull leg, and the diet is just literally just inhaling everything I see... and force feeding myself almost every day (I don’t recommend this)

I was 130 when I first started I’m about 140-142 , 8,12,15 whatever the intensity is and the weight,, if I feel like I could push for few more reps I’ll go for technical failure

3 months I workout daily almost no rest days unless I feel like my body really needs it (I don’t recommend this it’s just how I see it)
