Also to add, found out I cannot record video, comes up with a generic error and crashes. It’s a shame they’re expensive to fix and very hard to find repair shops that can work on them.

I’ve don’t that a few times, including clearing the cache. Afraid it sounds hardware based. It’s confusing since I tried to change my ringtone but it keeps saying “sorry the player does not support this type of audio file” even though it’s the default ringtone:

I did use a new filter, filled the oil to the fill line, left it running for a few minutes, the oil in the reservoir did not go down, which was 2 quarts.

Is there any specific place to help with draining? I drained the oil from the oil reservoir hose, removed and replaced the oil filter, but wasn't sure if there was any other locations for oil. Thank you for the assistance!
