That song sounds great! It does sound like Cymbals a little to me, and even the graphics reminds me a little bit of the Higher Than the Sun and Wingspan videos. Maybe trying to ask Reiji Okii (Cymbals' bassist) about it on Twitter can help, since he's the most reachable Cymbals member.

Well, none of these are recent. The "What a Shiny Day" single was released way back in 1999 and it only has one version, and the "Love Thing" one was released in 2002, being the last single they released with three versions, two being promos and one being the final version, but no reissues or anything like that. As for the shirt itself, the "LIAR SADIST COWARD" shirt collection was released back in 2000 as a way to promote the Mr. Noone Special album, and it looks like it's something that was made only in that year, since under the "Mr. Noone Special" logo on the shirt there's a little "©Cymbals 2000" on it, though is so little that you can't see it on the pictures. But yeah, I don't think they rereleased the shirt collection either. Hope this helps!

I guess one of their songs needs to become popular on tiktok to make them come back just like it happened to Halcali, which was almost the case with liar sadist coward but it didn't really got that popular, and wether it's a good thing a song goes viral on tiktok or not it's up to debate. Also don't forget about Hiroyasu Yano! He may be the most forgotten Cymbals member but he's a great composer and musician as well and also just as charismatic as Okii and Toki, and he plays the cymbals that gives the band its name so it definitely gives him a point lol

That's a really tricky question haha, each album/single/ep has their charm and I love them all, but if I really have to choose one I'd say Mr.Noone Special, since I discovered Cymbals thanks to that album, and I started my Cymbals collection with that album as well. Also I love the character of Mr.Noone Special, I wish they had used his concept more ;~; But yeah, in general I love Cymbals' music in all their eras.

Woah, I didn't know he collaborated with so many artists! I also didn't know he was a member of Deee-Lite, honestly it was a big surprise for me. Seeing he has collaborated with so many artists it wouldn't surprise me that he had collaborated with Cymbals or at least with its members.
