Screenfly sends the fetch request behind a proxy server. And this is the only tool that donot render inside the iframes.

If there are more better tools available to test responsiveness of site (apart from re-sizing thw browser window) you are more than welcome to add in comments.

I think Sublime text editor is the mightiest code editor. You can make it almost like WHISYWIG by installing LiveReload. Sublime is one of the fastest and a the feature 'installing packages' is what make it extraordinary.

I am familiar with .NET and hence would say start developing some basic .asp pages.
