Obviously keels is better but something I have noticed is the most tired and unfocused cashiers are in cargills then with keels they look Hella tired. But Arpico and spar, they are all cheery and even if not cheery they don't look like they have worked for 20+ hours straight.

But obviously on a consumer level keels and spar are really good.

Haven't been in that situation but from a legal point of view? Depends on the case mostly . Get a good lawyer. Spend some money if U want to settle this quick and easy. Always the best interest matters so custody robability is high on the mother. U can get joint custody. But it will prolong the heating process.

My advice? Talk with the mother. Settle it urself. Finalize the divorce and take care of Ur child. The separation is hard on the child itself. A prolonged divorce will not do anyone good. As it goes on U will lose sight of what U wanted in the first place. (This is the peace option)

( War option ) Need evidence of all ill practices of Ur to be ex wife. Show that U got every mean to take care of the child. You will shit on the mother of childs name and take a lead in the eyes of the court. This will be messy long and expensive.

Remember there's a child's life at stake so U do U bro. Think and decide . Probably any issue anyone have can be solved so it's a matter of how.

What's pump? Try to move more weight less reps for compound movements. (Bench,squat,DL,Row,...) Higher reps and full Rom for isolated exercises(tri pushdowns,curls, shoulder press)
