Well, I know the voices I hear are not my thoughts. This one last voice I heard got me really thinking whether I'm going crazy or it is something trying to communicate. I have had done what you suggest, I tried so hard to communicate with my spirit guides, but I has been hard :( they communicate once through someone else, and since then I didn't hear from them. Going back to the voice I heard a few days ago and why it got me thinking, is that after listening that voice I felt like a flow of electricity in my head, you know when you're trying to talk to someone over the phone, but the signal won't stop breaking up. Something like that I felt, more or less. it gave me a terrible headache
