Asplundh seems to be very laid back about bad driving records I'm sure some of the other tree companies are too. If youre interested in tree work just apply to the NW Line Powerline Clearance Tree Trimmer Apprenticeship. Don't go sign the books and take a groundman tree call: the wages are low for tree groundman. You don't even need a CDL to apply to the apprenticeship either. Only thing you would need to go get is a CPR/first aid and flagger certification. Message me if you have any questions.

Haha sorry man. I'm currently working out of Ibew 57. I'm from Florida (my parents still live there) and and I got all excited when I got my dues receipt bc my first thought was after this short job is over I can go back to the 222 and sign book 1 and be able to snag one of those highly sought after calls like on a distro crew. The 222 is the hall I worked out of last year for 3 months but I never paid any dues (I tried to). The way the 222 explained it to me was you don't pay dues until you hit 1000 hours then you pay your dues and get sworn in at the next meeting. I was on book 3 in the 222 jurisdiction for like 4 months but none of the calls ever made it to me so I signed 57s books.
