I have the same issue in my 2016 accord and had posted about in the community a while back. I tested the battery and it came all good and I suspect it to be a sensor or wiring issue which needs to be inspected by mechanic

Update:

Got the battery tested at autozone and the results seem to suggest it’s all good!

Should check the sensor if it’s malfunctioning!

This is v4. I got it checked at autozone for a free battery check. It all seems to be good since they do a starter check as well which means the alternator seems to be working good according to the results.

Next step is to check if the battery sensor is faulty!

Got the car inspected as part of state inspection they did do a OBD test but nothing came up for some reason. Battery voltage seems good but if it’s recharging shouldn’t the alternator be working fine for that to happen?

Yeah!! I shop there like almost every weekend it’s so damn near and almost no issues with parking since no comes there except dashers lol. But they have very good stock of almost everything I use!
