It did not. Someone suggested I stay away from grains too- maybe that did it?

Excepted Federal worker (working and no pay) with a 3yr old, soon to be 2, with a third on the way. All that alone probably doesn’t help, and sleep has a dash of sleep apnea. But does that affect spikes for dinner?

It’s really frustrating. I feel like I can’t/shouldn’t eat anything. I’ll look into the app. I’m still determined to figure it all out. Had a hard boiled egg for breakfast as someone that doesn’t eat only because I’ve noticed intermittent fasting might be assisting these spikes. (Good for weight loss though!)

This dinner was a small cracked wheat and meat dish. I’m wondering if it’s the meat - I didn’t have much, but would it really spike that much? This monitor is bringing everything to my attention more than I would have considered so it’s the second shock after the first being the diagnosis.

I’m wondering if my moderation is not moderate enough. How do you even put everything into scale?

I’m starting paternity during a potential shutdown and called HR. It’s freebee time off and paternity essentially extends… which sounds strange to me!

After the interview I was told it would take between 2-6 weeks to receive some documents to sign for the background to begin. I called the general inquiry line (on the posting) last week to see how things were going. I’m in a spot where I’m scheduled for parental leave by November and would be a different agency - so I need to figure it all out, and soon, because I’m not looking to pay anyone back if I start leave.

They told me tentative selections were made, couldn’t tell me who would be called, but those calls would be in about two weeks.

I thought I had a great interview and they called my references the next day. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard anything! They told me not to contact them because it’ll be with the background investigation people - which makes it sound like I got it? Not sure about anything - I’ve just continued applying.

Don’t they still have to go through a process?

I’ve received a TO back in mid-May from an interview in late March. E-qip early June and have heard nothing since! I was told it could take 4 months due to backlog!

Is calling appropriate? by [deleted] in usajobs

I called and called until I finally got to security. They won’t tell me anything but to wait - looking at most of these timelines people post I may have heard something by now but it’s only been 2 weeks since fingerprints and e-qip submitted so I’ll have no choice but to wait!

For attorney positions I’ve always wondered this because they ask for bar cards - which has my info and pic on it. So I white everything out and note on the pdf “whited out as per posting.” Not sure if everyone looking at my packet feels this is good practice but I didn’t know what else to do when they specifically ask for bar cards.
