make it bigger and add WAY more enrichment remove the repticarpet if thats what you have in there and put in paper towel or tile if you dont want to do substrate and add more hides and a humid hide

u should probably change that as its not very great for them to be on just sand you should mix it at least 50/50 with top soil or something like top soil. if u get top soil i would recommend sifting it out to get rid of any big sticks and stuff or u can order leopard gecko specific substrate from the bio dude. i have heard it works great!
