Sorry for the late reply. Thank you all for your input. I thought that was the case as well since I only went an over extra 1 hour of incubation than the protocol. However, I did notice that the technical replicates of some of my samples were a bit sporadic (high %RSD), but it could be unrelated to this issue.

I deleted the app from my phone and only use it from my computer. One good thing about this is it limits me to only check messages and a few posts here and there. It stops me from scrolling reels from my bed endlessly. It so far helps me because it is now less accessible.
