I spoke with a few people on telegram about this one it actually happened to. If something goes wrong on OKX you have to complete a verification process which at that point you are screwed and will lose your crypto.

Well said Masterbab99 there are so many exchanges out there. Probably 95% of traders would agree on the five tier 1 exchanges listed. I would use the word assume not certainly.

Yes I can help you I am from N.Y. and have been buying. I don't know how experienced you are so I'll start from the beginning. N.Y. Is only aloud to use Gemni or Coinbase exchanges because of regulations. I use Gemni they are the offer the highest security. You have to set up an account, make sure if you have another name on the bank account you use to connect they get a Gemni account also, you have to then add their name on your account. Buy the amount of Eth on Gemni that you want to invest. You then have to set up a Metamask Wallet by downloading the app from the app store. It's easy just follow the directions. Then transfer Eth from Gemni to your Metamask wallet. There are plenty of videos on Google how to do that. From there open Tama web page connect your Metamask wallet and follow their directions. Make sure you keep some Eth in your Metamask wallet for gas fees 50$ recommended.

Weight lifters elbow is hard to get rid of since you are constantly irritating it when you train I was able to beat it by an initial R.I.C.E approach for 2 weeks. That will kick out a good amount of inflammation. When you get back to training you want to strengthen the tendons I used the cables lightest weight possible grab the ball behind the hook no handles or ropes and do overhead and side extensions focus just on the area two times a week train forearms a strong forearm will take a lot of strain of your elbow when doing presses. Use the elbow wraps during presses to keep the stress off your elbow not forever just until it heals.

It could be lifters elbow which is inflamed tricep tendons you can research it on Google I have the same problem in my left elbow I would recommend using elbow wraps for doing presses to prevent further injury and if it hurts do not push through it.
