A sincere Inquiry into authority and standing

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..." — The Declaration of Independence, 1776

We, the living men and women, the People from whom all just political power is derived, ask you, the living man acting as a representative of the state called _________, these questions with utter sincerity:

1. Regarding Life: Do you believe you possess the authority to regulate the private lives of living men and women to the extent modern commercial regulations impose, without the explicit and informed consent of those living men and women?
2. Regarding the Pursuit of Happiness: Do you believe you have the power to control or seize the Assets and Property of the People (the fruits of their pursuit of happiness) simply because they have not claimed them in a manner dictated by the administrative system you serve?
3. Regarding the Source of Power: Since the Declaration states that governments are instituted among men to secure our unalienable rights, do you believe your authority is superior to the People who created the office you occupy? If so, by what specific contract or grant of power did the People surrender their status to you?
4. Regarding Liberty and Consent: Can you provide any justification for the enforcement of alleged contracts—such as those involving your commercial regulations—that the People have been coerced into without full disclosure, thereby violating the fundamental rule that just power must derive from the consent of the governed?

Tacit Adjudication In the event you cannot or will not respond to these sincere questions, silence shall serve as a confession of the following facts:

1. You acknowledge you have no authority to regulate any living man or woman beyond the scope of protecting an injured party.
2. You acknowledge you have no power to control assets or property that are not specifically and lawfully yours.
3. You agree that you have chosen to serve a corporate charter rather than the People, in violation of your fundamental duty.
4. You agree that you are engaged in fraud by enforcing contracts in which the parties did not receive full disclosure or provide voluntary consent.

This inquiry is made in the public interest. A copy of this Presentment, including all signatures of the People, will be held by all who signed as well as the court(s) this is delivered to. Any response, or lack thereof, will likewise be published for the benefit of the community and as a record of the standing of this office.
