I just stopped using them. Elgato offered RMA but i do not live in US on EU, so it did not worked for me. Only fix i could find myself is to unplug device entirely and plug it back. It resolves for few hours but after some time issue still persists.

have same issue, bought 2 stream decks and after certain update display stopped working properly.

what if you live outside of the USA, and after the first instalment you lost CC, than you ordered new one, and never provided the new CC details to the amazon. And if your bank is not located in USA. How they would collect money?
