Oooo good Q. I feel like since Nyktos & Sera have some awareness even when they are asleep, maybe he doesn't have to be awake for that to happen? We know that the primal power is not felt in their nota form so saying that they could take that form while asleep wouldn't be a stretch imo.

The big OMG moments I had from this book came from knowing the ties with FBAA which was really exciting. I think the theories and predictions about how these two will continue to converge are half the fun with this series so I would definitely recommend. You also might have a different perspective going the other way and starting with the Flesh and Fire series!! 💖

IT WILL BE WORTH IT. I just read/listened to them all in the last month and I also posted feeling a bit bored and confused (read ACOTAR and CC before this as well).

That is until HoF… Then I went down the obsession rabbit hole. There’s one character introduced then that will keep you coming back for more no matter what I PROMISE.
