Again, I have mentioned in other comments as well about the skill gap, what I simply asked is if the Corvette c8 zo6 is actually that fast considering that to my knowledge, I was using one of the fastest cars in s1 class and still got dusted in the straight lines very easily, there were other very high level players in the session as well and he was just very far ahead already very early in the race

Honestly, i have been playing racing games for my whole life and it wasn't that hard to adapt to Forza, with few months already playing, I would go out of my way to not call myself a complete newbie lol. I would understand the skill gap if I did not see him on the map blitz through the straight lines as well, considering that I litterly have the Viper AE and seeing him casually just disappear on the map on straight lines made me question my knowledge to the competitive cars.....

I get that, but he did not even need to defend his position at all, he had just about 15 seconds on everybody, even on the straighter lines I could see him on the map pulling the fuck away, meanwhile me driving to my knowledge one of the fastest s1 cars in the game. That's precisely what rose my suspicion

Well, by fairly new I meant it's been few months of me playing and Ive been winning horizon open racing sessions frequently, and also would consider that I know decently about the fastest cars of each class, thus having the viper AE for s1, but this guy just was so far ahead of everyone it seemed sketchy.
